This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn.Job duties include:Understand and have the skill set to operate the paint equipment.General knowledge of the customer painting specifications that apply.Wear and understand the proper PPE that is required for operation of the paint lineUnderstand and abide by the qualify policy for Max AerostructuresAble to determine mixing requirements, zahn requirements and all other paint prep requirementsCapable of determining part readiness for paint and painting guidelinesResponsible for reviewing the paint line daily ensuring all calibration is up to date as well as the manometers an filter systems are functioning properlyUnderstand how to set up parts for paint operations.Ensure that a quality product is being produced by the paint line and that it is in accordance with the customers specification where requirements are flowed down through work orders and procedures.Generally trained on all other operations of the processing facility for additional resources in other areas when needed.The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and understand blueprints, operate process equipment, and be quality orientedCompetitive wages, benefits and monthly cash bonus offered.MAX Aerostructures is the high-performance aerospace supplier that will take you Beyond the Horizon!
