S&K Technologies, Inc. seeks an Aircraft Mechanic II - Sheet Metal to support F-15E modifications at Mountain Home AFB, ID or Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The role is contingent on contract award and requires experience with sheet metal, structural modification, fabrication, inspection and documentation.

Candidates must read technical data, work with precision tools, maintain safety and security standards, and be willing to travel TDY. U.S. citizenship and a SECRET clearance are required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform F-15E sheet metal/structural modification, fabrication, repair, inspection, installation, and documentation.
• Lay out, drill, trim, fit, fasten, rivet, repair, and modify structural components IAW approved data.
• Use sheet metal tools, precision measuring devices, and calibrated equipment.
• Support treatment/modification of structural parts using approved facilities.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and comply with safety, quality, and security requirements.
• Support task-order production schedules and may lead complex tasks when assigned.
• May TDY and perform other task-order duties as assigned.

This position is CONTINGENT on contract award. The Aircraft Mechanic II - Sheet Metal performs F-15E sheet metal and structural modification, fabrication, repair, inspection, installation, and documentation supporting TCTO 1F-15E-911 DTM II, FOM-K TCTO 33B4-6-10-502, and related task-order work at Mountain Home AFB, ID or Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. This labor category is Mission Essential.

• Perform F-15E sheet metal/structural modification, fabrication, repair, inspection, installation, and documentation of moderate complexity.
• Lay out, drill, trim, fit, fasten, rivet, repair, and modify structural components IAW approved technical data.
• Use sheet metal tools, precision measuring devices, and calibrated equipment required for assigned work.
• Support treatment/modification of structural parts using approved Government/local facilities.
• Maintain required maintenance documentation and comply with Tool Control, FOD, safety, quality, and security requirements.
• Support work prioritization and shift turnover; may lead complex tasks when assigned.
• Support TDY operations and perform other task-order duties as assigned.
• Demonstrated aircraft maintenance experience consistent with the DOL Aircraft Mechanic II classification is required.
• Aircraft sheet metal, structural modification/repair, fabrication, inspection, and installation experience is required.
• Experience using aircraft technical data, drawings/blueprints, precision measuring tools, and sheet metal equipment is required.
• F-15 or comparable fighter-aircraft structural modification experience is preferred.

Licenses & Certifications

• Must have a valid state driver's license when required by assignment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess and maintain a SECRET or interim SECRET security clearance.
• Must satisfy applicable Tier 3 background investigation, CAC, restricted-area badge, and Government system-access requirements.
• Must be able to obtain required flightline/equipment operator authorization when assigned.
• Must complete and maintain all PWS-required site, safety, security, and technical training/certifications applicable to assigned duties.
• Must be willing and able to travel TDY, including potential overseas travel, and obtain required travel documents when applicable.

Special Knowledge & Skills

• Must have working knowledge of aircraft sheet metal and structural modification/repair practices.
• Must be able to use precision measuring tools and aircraft structural repair/fabrication equipment.
• Must be able to read and apply technical orders, TCTOs, drawings, workbooks, and other approved technical data.
• Must accurately document maintenance actions in required forms, records, logs, and Government systems.
• Must comply with Tool Control, FOD prevention, ESD, safety, quality, security, and local operating requirements.
• Must support task-order production schedules and work day, swing, or mid shift as required.
