Job summary

Aeropeople Ltd. is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic for a Malta-based contract to work on Airbus A320 or A350 aircraft within base maintenance operations. Start is immediate with an end date in May 2027, on a 5 days on/2 days off pattern, with a competitive hourly rate.

Accommodation is provided or a per diem option, and flights are included at the start and end of the assignment. A strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance is required.

Qualifications

Recent hands-on experience as an Aircraft Mechanic on A320 or A350.
Valid training certificates: Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety – Level 2 (FTS L2), EWIS (Modules 1 & 2).
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in commercial aircraft maintenance (A320 or A350).
Right to work in Europe (EU passport or valid EU work permit).

Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance, inspections, and modifications.
Troubleshoot and repair systems on A320 or A350 aircraft.
Support scheduled base maintenance tasks under the supervision of certifying staff.
Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Accurately complete all required maintenance records and documentation.
