The Aircraft Work Center Maintenance / Flight Line Supervisor manages 90 personnel, overseeing high-tempo flight line operations, including launch and recovery operations, aircraft inspections, aircraft movement, and other assigned duties.

This role is typically performed in an office/hangar environment and requires the physical movements and postures normally associated with office/hangar activities. May be required to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Special vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work conditions may range from environments with little to no physical discomfort to those involving inclement weather, which may expose individuals to severe changes in temperature, wind, and rain. May be required to work in areas with high noise hazards. May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and electrical shock hazards.
