Job summary

LV Aero, LLC is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Training Specialist to join our Maintenance Training Department in Cleveland, Ohio. You will develop technically accurate training content that supports technician development, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will research, create and revise content across formats, ensure accuracy through QA reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P Certification is required.
• 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience developing training or curriculum materials preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital content creation tools.
• Strong instructional design principles and aviation training standards.

• Conduct thorough research to inform accurate technical training development
• Create engaging training content across multiple formats and media platforms
• Regularly revise and update materials to reflect changes in technical procedures and regulations
• Ensure content consistency, clarity, and accuracy through rigorous quality assurance reviews

Education & Experience Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance or related field (Preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience developing training or curriculum materials (preferred)
