Job summary

Flexjet in Teterboro, NJ is seeking a certified Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on airframes, engines, and aircraft systems. Night shifts are required, with starting pay of $85,120 per year depending on experience.

You will remove/replace parts, test systems, and maintain accurate maintenance records while adhering to FAR requirements and safety regulations.FAA license and several years of related aviation experience are required

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant license is required.
• 2–4 years of directly related aviation experience.
• Corporate aircraft experience preferred.
• Familiar with FAR parts 145, 135, and 121.
• Sheet metal experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs including airframe structures, engines and aircraft systems. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) will make repairs and conduct tests to keep equipment operating efficiently and safely.
