Job summary

The Structures Company is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to support MH-139 aircraft at Maxwell AFB, AL, under a 12-month contract. A current Active Secret clearance is required to start, and candidates must be US persons per ITAR.

Helicopter and full avionics experience are preferred, with ability to work long hours and lift and climb as needed. Role includes maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation for regulatory compliance, with opportunities for extension based on

Qualifications

Active Secret Security Clearance required to start.
Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR).
Helicopter experience for mechanics.
Full avionics experience for technicians.
Ability to lift, climb stairs, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Assembles, disassembles, and modifies aerospace vehicle systems to correct failures or implement changes.
Oversees assembly, disassembly, or overhaul operations and bench test equipment.
Troubleshoots pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate faults and repair components.
Performs validation and verification testing and documents procedures to ensure compliance.
Maintains flight worthiness through inspection and maintenance on MH-139 aircraft.
