Job summary

Med-Trans Corporation in Parker, AZ is hiring immediately for an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to uphold the safety and reliability of our rotor-wing fleet. You will perform maintenance on EC130 airframes, inspect components, and coordinate with the Lead Technician to deliver high-quality patient transport services.

We require an A&P license, at least 3 years turbine helicopter maintenance with recent experience, FEM regulations knowledge, and ability to work flexible schedules including

Qualifications

• EC130 maintenance experience or equivalent
• 3+ years turbine helicopter maintenance experience with at least 6 months in last 24 months
• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
• Valid State-issued Driver's license
• High School diploma or GED
• Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
• EMS systems, aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations
• Must be acceptable per FAA drug and alcohol testing program
• Must be able to push/pull 100+ lbs
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to Lead Technician
• Manage inventory checks and update equipment tracking log, place replacement requests and document expenditures
• Document service paperwork and FAA information per policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment for aircraft maintenance team and flight crew
• Communicate effectively between departments, vendors and team members
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and operations team

• Starting Salary: $76,330 - $110,643 annually (including 17% geo modifier)
• IA Stipend 2,080
• Sign-On Bonus 12,500

We’re hiring anAircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT)responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our fleet within Med-Trans. This technician will be qualified to support our Airbus EC130 airframe. This is a key role to ensure our team can safely maintain and deliver timely and high-quality transportation services, care and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities

• Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician.
• Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, regularly update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests when necessary and document part expenditures.
• Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company’s information security standards.
• Take pride in sustaining a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
• Use appropriate communication methods to help facilitate coordination of efforts between departments, vendors and team members.
• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow AMTs and operations team.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• EC130 maintenance experience or equivalent
• Three (3) years of turbine helicopter maintenance experience with a minimum of six months helicopter maintenance experience during the last 24 months
• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
• Valid State issued Driver's license
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
• EMS systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
• Ability to work aflexible scheduleincluding overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program.

Preferred Qualifications

• FAA Inspection Authorization Certification
• Related experience under CFR Part 135
• Autopilot maintenance experience
• Avionics and electrical repair experience
