Job summary

The Menard Inc. Flight Department is seeking a certified A&P technician to maintain, inspect, and repair Cessna Citations and Embraer Regional Jets with a strong commitment to service, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities include inspections, repairs and documentation of all maintenance activities, adherence to FAA Part 125, and accurate record-keeping using CAMP Systems until the work is completed on-site in Eau Claire, WI.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
• Recency of experience per 14 CFR §65.83.
• Strong interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds frequently, 80 pounds occasionally.
• Read and understand detailed schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Must relocate to Eau Claire, WI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, repairs and modifications to airframes, engines and avionics systems.
• Identify and remedy defects noted during inspections.
• Follow manufacturer manuals and FAA Part 125 Approved Inspection Program
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities in logbooks and CAMP.
• Document and maintain parts, tooling and equipment inventory.
• Inspect and repair components including aircraft wheels and batteries.
• MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES: perform other duties as directed by Flight Department Management

Job description

The Menard Inc. Flight Department is looking for a certified A&P technician to join our team. This individual will be providing maintenance, inspection and repair to Cessna Citations and Embraer Regional Jets while maintaining a high level of dedication to service, safety and quality. Candidates should be resourceful and willing to learn, detail oriented, highly motivated, and take ownership of their work.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct inspections, repairs and modifications to airframes, engines and avionics systems during routine and non-routine maintenance inspections
• Identify and remedy defects noted during scheduled and non-scheduled inspections
• Properly follow manufacturer maintenance manuals and FAA Part 125 Approved Inspection Program
• Accurately complete and maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities through the use of aircraft logbooks and CAMP Systems International software
• Document and maintain parts, tooling and equipment inventory
• Inspect and repair components including but not limited to aircraft wheels and batteries
• MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES: Will be required to perform other duties at the direction of Flight Department Management

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
