Sierra Nevada Corp in Dayton, OH seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Planning Manager II to lead the planning team, shaping schedules, tooling and materials to meet production goals for Boeing aircraft programs. You will translate engineering specs into detailed maintenance plans and manpower requirements, coordinating across departments to relieve schedule constraints.

Required: a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 9+ years in operations with leadership, Boeing maintenance document familiarity;

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 9+ years in operations with at least 2+ years in a leadership role; substitution allowed with experience.
• Familiarity with Boeing Maintenance Technical Documents and Boeing aircraft (747/757/767/777/787).
• Previous management experience; recruiting, directing and evaluating staff.
