Job summary

Akima Technical Solutions (ATS) is seeking a supervisor for the SIMO Special Project Lab (SPL) support team. This role coordinates work assignments, tracks work orders, and logistics support to ensure mission readiness.

The candidate will direct the SPL team with production control and logistics responsibilities, working closely with SPL leaders to set priorities and allocate tasks. Strong communication skills and experience with government systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• 10 years of aviation maintenance experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the SPL support team with production control and logistics responsibilities.
• Coordinate with SPL leaders for work priority and assignment.
• Track and approve timekeeping and training requirements for the team.
