Qualifications

• Previous ramp or ground service experience.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Comfortable working around aircraft noise and fumes.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Service aircraft lavatory systems and replenish chemicals.
• Refill potable water tanks according to safety standards.
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Operate service vehicles and equipment safely on the ramp.
• Follow safety procedures including PPE usage.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report defects.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Communicate with ramp agents, supervisors, and flight crews.
• Ensure service is completed within turnaround times.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Adhere to FAA, OSHA, and company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as requested.
