Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years' aviation cabinetmaking and fabrication experience.
• Woodworking or wood finishing experience in a technical environment.
• Cabinet installation experience including fit and trim.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Able to pass background check and obtain airport badge.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate cabinets from raw materials for aircraft interiors.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Inspect and inventory cabinetry for damage.
• Install interior components such as galleys, bulkheads, doors, side ledges, trays and tables.
• Collaborate with engineers and draftsmen to generate drawings and renderings.
• Ensure functional tests of installed items are satisfactory.
