Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking a dedicated Interior Technician for the 2nd shift in Perryville, MO. You will perform mechanical tasks on aircraft interiors, including carpets, insulation, sound-proofing, and related installations, under guidance from the Interior Team Leader.

Responsibilities include minor modifications, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and quality while working in a hangar environment on high-end private aircraft.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to read and follow manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical work on aircraft interiors.
• Perform minor modifications with minimal direction.
• Maintain turnover sheets, work orders, and weight and balance data.
• Operate shop facilities and maintain tools and equipment.
• Communicate clearly in English.
• Follow FAA guidelines and safety rules.
