Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively seeking an Interior Mechanic with 2 years of experience for a long-term contract in Florida. Responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, and installing interior cabin components and furnishings, reading manuals, and ensuring compliance with FAA requirements.

Applicants should have basic high school education and at least two years of heavy aircraft maintenance experience. A&P certificate is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of heavy aircraft maintenance experience, preferably with an airline or MRO.
• FAA A&P certificate is a plus but not required for standard Interior Mechanic.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Knowledge of FARs, ADs, and Service Bulletins.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, remove, replace, and install interior aircraft components and cabin equipment.
• Maintain passenger seats, seat tracks, panels, and interior furnishings.
• Follow FAA requirements and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with team to ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and proper tool control.
