The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.**Responsibilities:*** Conduct routine aircraft inspections.* Plan and prepare for basic inspections.* Document and report findings.* Identify and correct minor non-conformities.* Maintain compliance with inspection schedules and timelines.**Qualifications You Must Have:*** High school diploma or equivalent.* 1+ years of relevant experience.* Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.* Active, current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe (A), or Powerplant (P), or Repairman Certificate.* Experience with aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment and parts.* Basic understanding of audit and inspection processes and procedures.* Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).* Thoroughly familiar with the inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to determine the airworthiness of aviation products after maintenance.**Qualifications We Prefer:*** Exposure to aviation maintenance and/or inspection operations processes and procedures.* Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense, or US Military.**Essential Functions:*** Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.* Stand and walk for extended periods.* Work in varying environmental conditions.This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.Estimated Starting Salary Range: $26.39 - $36.29.
