Responsibilities

• Aircraft servicing and movement: Fuel aircraft according to safety procedures; tow and marshal aircraft; assist with wing walking and movement.
• Customer service: Greet pilots, passengers, and customers and provide ground support for various aircraft.
• Safety and inspections: Inspect equipment and facilities, document findings, report hazards or incidents.
• Ramp and facility readiness: Keep ramp, hangar, and facility clean and safe.
• Communication and response: Share customer feedback and follow emergency procedures when needed.
• Operational support: Help with facility upkeep and light janitorial/grounds-maintenance tasks.
