Job summary

Swissport International in Anchorage, Alaska seeks a Fueling Agent to provide essential fueling services for aircraft and support vehicles. You will receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum products, and operate both motorized and non-motorized fueling equipment to support flight operations.

The role requires accurate fueling calculations, proper documentation, and communication with crew and ground staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Good command of English, verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive, multi-shift, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel products.
• Operate motorized fueling vehicles (fuel tank trucks) and automatic transmissions.
• Operate non-motorized fueling equipment (hydrant carts).
• Fuel and de-fuel aircraft per flight plans and crew requirements.
• Inspect fueling equipment; report malfunctions or inconsistencies.
• Perform accurate fueling calculations and documentation.
• Fuel ground support equipment and interact with carrier personnel.
• Use radios, phones, and computers for communication; comply with security rules.
• Respond to fuel emergencies following environmental and company guidelines.
