Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated Fueler to fuel and service aircraft efficiently at the airport. You will perform basic math to interpret weight and balance and handle fueling equipment in a safe outdoor environment.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, working in all weather conditions, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. A valid driver’s license is required, with CDL as a plus for certain positions.

Qualifications

• Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English and perform basic math calculations.
• Handle fueling carts and hoses; lift up to 70 lbs.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions; variable shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing and FBI background check.
• Valid driver’s license (Cargo Fuelers: Class A with hazmat and tanker endorsements).

Responsibilities

• Perform fueling safely and efficiently; operate fuel trucks, hydrant cards, and stationary carts.
• Maintain accurate accounting of fuel transactions.
• Conduct daily quality control checks on equipment; keep equipment clean and functional.
• Ensure correct loading and balancing of fuel.
• Defuel aircraft as directed.
