Job summary

AVFLIGHT CORPORATION seeks a Line Services Technician at Avflight Columbus in Columbus, MS. The role involves fueling, de-icing, ramp movement, hangar and tie-down operations, and passenger assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years related experience; aviation experience is a plus.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs fueling and de-icing of all types of aircraft.
• Directs aircraft and ground-traffic on ramp and around hangars; secure aircraft.
• Operates and maintains fuel trucks and ground support vehicles.
• Performs safety checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Assists crews and passengers with services as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and compliance with safety policies.
