The Boeing Company in San Antonio, TX is seeking Electrical Mechanics (level 2) to support the VC-25B Program. You will perform on- and off-aircraft electrical modifications, route and install wire bundles, and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure mission readiness.

The role requires 4+ years of electrical experience, ability to work rotating shifts, and a high school diploma or GED. Onsite work with potential travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years electrical/electronic theories and systems experience.
• Experience fabricating new wire bundles.
• Experience routing and installing wire bundles on airplanes without existing wiring.

Responsabilidades

• Performs on- and off-aircraft electrical modification to wiring and system components.
• Performs complex connector terminations including shielded wires, coaxial cables and fiber optic wiring.
• Reads and interprets engineering drawings, technical orders, process specifications, and retrofit requirements.
• Adheres to safety and procedures, performs assembly, inspection, and testing of wire bundles and electrical assemblies.
• May train less senior employees and lead teams on more complex tasks.
