LifePort is seeking a Cabinet Builder II in Woodland, WA. The role involves setting up and operating woodworking machines to fabricate aircraft interior components and high-grade furniture, following drawings and plans to ensure precise cuts and joins.

Essential functions emphasize adherence to safety policies, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with related experience, plus proficiency with ERP systems and time-tracking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers and employees.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, etc.
• Proficient with Outlook, ERP Manufacturing software, shop floor manager, and time and attendance payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates woodworking machines and uses hand tools to fabricate and repair aircraft interior components and furniture.
• Study drawings and plan sequence of cutting or shaping operations.
• Mark outlines or dimensions on paper or lumber stock.
• Match materials for color, grain, or texture.
• Install hardware such as hinges, catches, and drawer pulls.
