Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a Cabin Cleaning Lead to supervise a team of agents responsible for cleaning aircraft interiors, lavatories, and restocking supplies. The role ensures on-time departures by maintaining cleanliness and keeping equipment and supplies ready.

You will enforce safety standards, report hazards, and uphold Unifi policies while performing hands-on cleaning duties as needed. A valid driver's license is required to access equipment and service areas.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of cabin cleaners.
• Carry cleaning equipment and supplies to service aircraft.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during cleaning operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in cabin cleaning duties.
• Carry cleaning equipment and supplies to service the aircraft.
• Clean seats, floors, tray tables, galleys and dispose of trash in designated dumpsters.
• Clean aircraft lavatories and empty waste receptacles.
• Restock magazines, food, beverages, liquor, and other supplies aboard the aircraft.
• Perform aircraft security inspection.
• Load supplies onto cabin service truck and return to designated area.
• Keep cabin services supply room organized and ensure adequate supply of items needed to service aircraft.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
