Job summary

AAA-USA Inc. seeks a Body Shop Technician to join our Duluth area team. This entry-level role trains you in masking, body filler application, and prep for primer and paint, supporting the exterior finishing process. You will learn to read drawings and use air tools while following safety and procedural guidelines.

Must be local to Duluth, MN or within a reasonable driving distance; this is a weekend shift role with potential for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read drawings/blue prints and interpret specifications.
• Willingness to learn masking, body filler application and sanding processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect aircraft components and sub assemblies in preparation for body work.
• Identify and communicate defects to supervisor.
• Apply body filler and sand to create smooth surface contours.
• Use air tools and hand tools for high-volume sanding.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and production illustrations.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety data sheets.
