Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH Global) is seeking an Aircraft Operations Trainee in Tulsa, OK. This entry-level role trains you in the manufacturing processes of the aircraft, performing basic fitting, drilling and riveting under supervision, with room to grow toward direct hire after 90 days and a 12-month contract.

Pay starts at $19.29 per hour, with benefits including 401(k) plan and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with enrollment in a technical aviation program.
• Ability to read work orders, blueprints and specification sheets.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Read, write and understand English; able to meet schedules.
• Must lift up to 40 pounds and work on varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform fitting of detail parts and basic drilling and riveting with hand tools.
• Align and assemble parts using fixtures, pins, clamps and fasteners.
• Read orders and blueprints to determine operation sequence.
• Monitor parts to ensure compliance with instructions and QC checks.
• Develop proficiency in PC-based software and maintain safety practices.
