Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary or trades / technical education and certifications preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and shop math competencies
• Strong ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, suppliers, and plant leadership

Responsibilities

• Follow Company and departmental procedures, including regular attendance and punctuality.
• Set-up and operate all production machinery within the Assembly Department.
• Check part for fit, center, stake, stamp, proper marking - visually; by touch or with gauging as required.
• Run 1st piece part when required and maintain quality per print specifications.
