Job summary

Sugared & Bronzed is hiring Airbrush Technicians to greet clients, explain services, and perform tanning treatments in a fast-paced setting. You will receive paid training and work in a high-volume environment focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Roles include assisting with bookings, educating clients on products and memberships, and maintaining a clean studio. Both part-time and full-time options are available in NYC-area locations, with opportunities for growth as we expand.

Qualifications

• Airbrush Technicians must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while repeatedly squatting or bending.
• Ability to hold an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20 or more minutes.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S&B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and before and after service care.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and tanning rooms and restock supplies.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Our Airbrush Technicians help our clients feel bronzed and confident. You will learn everything you need through paid training and work in a fast paced, high volume environment. You will connect with clients who are tanning for vacations, weddings, and special events. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

The pay range for this role is:

18.57 - 45 USD per hour (NY - NYC Metro - Park Slope)

18.57 - 45 USD per hour (NY - NYC Metro - Williamsburg)
