Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED is hiring an Airbrush Technician to deliver exceptional tanning experiences in our fast-paced salons. You will complete paid training and work with a supportive team to learn our methods and products, serving clients for vacations, weddings, or events.

The role offers both part-time and full-time schedules with competitive hourly pay, gratuity, and opportunities for advancement as we expand to new locations.

Qualifications

• Airbrush Technicians must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Stand for extended periods while repeatedly squatting or bending.
• Ability to hold an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20+ minutes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform airbrush tanning services.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and before and after service care.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and tanning rooms and restock supplies.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

Your Day to Day

Our Airbrush Technicians help our clients feel bronzed and confident. You will learn everything you need through paid training and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will connect with clients who are tanning for vacations, weddings, and special events. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight-knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.
