Job summary

A2G International LLC is seeking a highly skilled MEP Avionics Technician to sustain ISR operations by maintaining and configuring mission systems, sensors, and avionics components. You will troubleshoot, install wiring per STCs, and prepare technical reports for continuous operations in demanding environments.

Applicants should have four years in general aviation, an A&P certificate preferred, and a DoD clearance or eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Airframe & Powerplant certificate preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years’ recent experience in general aviation.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Airborne ISR Mission Systems experience.
• Read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts, and schematics.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Knowledgeable and experienced using computers and aircraft software.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Must pass pre-employment and active-employment drug screenings.
• Currently possess or able to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance, or higher.

Responsibilities

• Use electronic test equipment (TMDE) to support avionics maintenance.
• Perform maintenance operations for mission systems per policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues to identify and resolve concerns.
• Install, implement, and configure mission systems.
• Install new avionics components and wiring per STCs and wiring diagrams.
• Prepare and present technical reports, findings, and recommendations.
• Participate in design reviews, integration testing, and system validation.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners as required.
