Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Information Security Specialist to analyze policies and implement risk mitigations for airborne, ground, and lab systems. You will review security controls, coordinate with engineers and program managers, and translate concepts into actionable roadmaps to protect critical missions.

Ideal candidates have a TS clearance, 5+ years in cybersecurity, experience with RMF/DoD policies, and CM for security software/hardware/firmware.

Qualifications

5+ years of cybersecurity experience.
CM for information system security software, hardware and firmware.
Security guidance and IS validation using NIST RMF, DoD policies.
Ability to manage security authorization activities.
Coordinate security requirements for connected and non-connected systems (unclassified/classified).
Top Secret clearance; HS diploma or GED IAT Level II or higher.

Responsibilities

Analyze policies, procedures and requirements to determine cyber resilience.
Identify security weaknesses, propose improvements and document changes.
Review technical details from SMEs to assess threat landscape and risk.
Translate security concepts for program managers to enable informed decisions.
Develop strategic cyber roadmap and guide teams to secure mission-critical systems.
