Squeaky Clean NEO in Northeast Ohio seeks dependable independent contractors to clean and prepare Airbnb and vacation rentals between guest stays. You will handle kitchens, baths, bedrooms, and living areas, change linens, and stage spaces for new guests.

This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling, territory choice, weekly payments, and growth opportunities as the vacation rental division expands. Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in quality work.
• Weekend availability strongly preferred, especially Saturdays and Sundays.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain required liability insurance.
• Professional cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vacation rentals between guest stays.

Squeaky Clean NEO is expanding our short-term rental cleaning services! We're seeking dependable, detail-oriented independent contractors to clean and prepare Airbnb and vacation rental properties between guest stays.

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare vacation rentals between guest stays.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.

Compensation & Contractor Status

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position.

Contractors are compensated per completed turnover, with estimated hourly-equivalent earnings of $20–$30 depending on experience, efficiency, reliability, and property requirements. Actual earnings vary by assignment.

Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. Work is offered based on property bookings and contractor availability; assignments are not guaranteed.
