Job summary

CSSI, LLC is seeking a capable professional in Washington, DC to support the Event Review Committee by reviewing and preparing submitted reports for review. The role includes helping the Program Manager with periodic program reports and handling internal documents and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Office 365, Excel, and related tools, plus experience with regulatory and training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Math required; alternatively 23 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience delivering, coordinating, and monitoring compliance with training requirements or knowledge of air traffic control procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with excellent Excel skills.
  • No visa sponsorship; must have unrestricted work authorization in the U.S. for CSSI.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Event Review Committee by reviewing and preparing submitted reports for review.
  • Provide support to the Program Manager, including development/editing/publishing of periodic program reports, and handling internal documents and emails.
  • Prepare event-related information and conduct FAA database research.
  • Provide recommendations to improve processes, products, and training.
