Job summary

Serco is seeking an Air Traffic Manager for a new Federal Contract Tower in Redmond, OR. Your role will include supervising air traffic control personnel, managing controller training and compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of air traffic control experience along with supervisory experience. This position offers a pay rate of $42.80 per hour. Strong organizational skills and an FAA Second Class Medical Certificate are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an air traffic controller with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• An FAA Second Class Medical Certificate is required.
• A Control Tower Operator (CTO) rating or a credential with a Tower Rating and 6 months of practical experience in accordance with 14 CFR Part 65.39 is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise air traffic control tower personnel.
• Support facility readiness and transition activities for a new FCT.
• Manage quality and safety programs.
