• Provides first line supervision to Developmental and Certified Professional Controllers.
• Supervises staff carrying out air traffic control assignments within a geographic area.
• Plans and assigns work to be accomplished by subordinate employees.
• Sets work priorities, approves leave, and guides employees on work and administrative matters.
• Evaluates performance, handles complaints, and arranges training needs.
• Identifies opportunities to improve production and adjust staffing as needed.
• Supports labor management partnerships and reinforces EEO policies.
