Job summary

The Bison Group seeks an Air Systems Analyst to support our Intelligence Client's mission sets. The role focuses on all-source analysis of air platforms, air defense systems, and related operations to inform senior decision makers with timely, accurate intelligence products. The Bison Group is seeking a Air Systems Analyst to support our Intelligence Client's mission sets.

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Conducts all-source analytic production of foreign military ground forces and systems including, but not limited to, doctrine, D&D, exercises, platforms, sensors, motor transport, armor, artillery, C2, logistical and maintenance, readiness, and missions.

Knowledge and Skills

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a portion of that experience being within the last 2 years.


• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the field of work


• Conduct All-Source analysis of foreign air and air defense systems and air forces and operations to include, but not limited to, exercises, tactics, platforms, sensors, strategy and doctrine, weapons and readiness


• Analyze military air force and potential commercial airline activities and assets to include, but not limited to, commercial airlines, military aircraft, cargo movements, logistical and maintenance, readiness, counternarcotic, elicit trade, command and control (C2), defensive systems, and air base infrastructure.


• Maintain knowledge and proficiency of air platforms and weapon systems in the air domain, including but not limited to: fixed wing aircraft, rotor wing aircraft, unmanned arial vehicles, surface to air missiles, air to air missiles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.


• TS/SCI clearance
