Job summary

Trinity Consultants is seeking a candidate in Sacramento who will provide complete customer oriented air quality permitting, modeling, and regulatory compliance solutions. The role requires fundamentals in engineering, regulatory knowledge, and strong analytical skills.

The successful candidate will conduct dispersion modeling, assemble permit applications, and stay current with evolving regulations, supporting clients and internal teams in delivering compliant projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years related experience or training.
• Experience with air dispersion modeling and regulatory compliance is required.
• Ability to communicate results clearly in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Conduct air dispersion modeling analysis per project requirements and guidelines.
• Calculate air emissions and determine control technologies.
• Remain current on developments in air pollution control technologies.
• Assemble permit applications, amendments, exemptions, and fee calculations for regulatory agencies.
• Assist project engineers and update client information in internal systems.
