Environmental Resources Management is seeking a Managing Consultant, Air Quality in Texas to lead and shape ERM's air quality and climate strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 4–5 years (7 preferred) of air quality consulting experience.
• Proven seller/doer with success winning and delivering projects.
• Strong understanding of federal and state air regulations.
• Established relationships within Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, or Chemical in Texas.
• Leadership, communication and client relationship skills.
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow ERM's Air Quality in Texas.
• Serve as a senior technical expert for air permitting and compliance programs.
• Act as a seller/doer, identifying opportunities, proposing, and delivering projects.
• Build and expand client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants.
• Collaborate with ERM's global Air Quality & Climate Change team.
