Qualifications

  • Knowledge of federal and state air regulations.
  • Experience reviewing NSR construction permits and Title V permits.
  • Ability to prepare complete technical documents with minimal editing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process applications for NSR and Title V air permits and issue permits.
  • Prepare RAIs, draft permits, public notices, rule applicability reviews, and compliance assessments.
  • Conduct ambient air modeling or integrate modeler outputs into technical documents.
  • Enter data into ARMS and manage project timelines.
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardized templates.
