Job summary

LifeMed Alaska LLC is seeking a Flight Nurse to support critical care transports across Alaska and beyond. You will plan, provide, and document direct patient care in various transport settings, following established protocols and guidance from the Medical Director and online medical control.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Flight Paramedics, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to quality and efficiency initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during transport in fixed wing aircraft, ground ambulance, and hospital settings.
• Collaborate with Flight Paramedics to manage a full range of critical care conditions.
• Document care using approved protocols, with Medical Director guidance and on-line medical control.
• Maintain safe, therapeutic environment and adhere to LifeMed Alaska policies and protocols.
