The role covers inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory management, and secure asset disposition. You will work directly with the client and internal teams, so accuracy, communication, and strong follow-through are essential.

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years of related warehouse, logistics, inventory, or industry experience
  • Customer service experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
  • Ability to identify problems, investigate discrepancies, and determine appropriate next steps
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to work independently after completing training
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move packages up to 70 pounds
  • Dangerous Goods or Restricted Articles knowledge preferred
  • Flexibility to support changing operational needs
