Job summary

SPX Technologies in Kansas is seeking an Assembler (C) for HVAC air handling systems. The role involves assembling, adjusting, and installing prefabricated parts across assembly stations, interpreting blueprints, and following drawings to meet safety and quality standards.

You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, using hand and pneumatic tools, and may operate overhead cranes and forklifts as needed. A strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn assembly processes.
• Ability to follow work instructions and blueprints accurately.
• Experience with hand/pneumatic tools and measuring devices is preferred.
• Able to operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, adjust, and install prefabricated parts for air handling systems.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering revisions accurately.
• Safely operate tools and equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Support cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
