WSP USA is seeking an Air Force Environmental Program Manager to lead and deliver complex environmental programs for U.S. Air Force and related clients.

WSP USA is initiating a search for an experienced leader to serve as an Air Force Environmental Program Manager. The position may operate from any mutually agreed WSP office in the United States. This role is primarily responsible for the successful management and delivery of environmental programs and contracts supporting the U.S. Air Force and related Department of War clients.
The Air Force Environmental Program Manager will provide overall program leadership, contract governance, financial and operational oversight, resource planning, risk management, quality assurance, and client coordination. The role will lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering technically sound, compliant, safe, and timely work while meeting contractual requirements and WSP performance expectations. The position will collaborate with operational leadership, project managers, technical leaders, contract administrators, and the broader Federal Business Line to promote consistent execution across task orders and geographic locations.
The position will coordinate closely with WSP Business Line and regional leaders. Business development responsibilities will be limited and primarily focused on identifying opportunities to maximize task orders under existing Air Force environmental contracts, task-order planning, and organic growth associated with successful program execution and strong client service.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $163,800 - $243,200
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
Expected Salary (Colorado only): $163,800 - $243,200
