Job summary

Planned Systems International (PSI) is seeking a Project Manager to lead the AFSOC Enhanced Mission Integration Core Services at Hurlburt Field, FL. You will oversee operations, maintenance, cybersecurity posture, and lifecycle evolution of enterprise IT and tactical systems.

The role directs multi-disciplinary teams across unclassified and classified enclaves, ensuring continuous readiness and rapid-response support for COOP/HUREVAC relocations, with DoD IA knowledge and PMP required.

Qualifications

• Active T3 investigation with ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years PM experience in enterprise network infra and client services.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in network and/or systems administration.
• Experience with DoD/USSOCOM/AFSOC environments.
• Strong knowledge of DoD IA policy and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel on short notice, including OCONUS locations.
• Work in operational environments with limited infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, maintenance, cybersecurity posture, and lifecycle evolution of enterprise IT and tactical systems.
• Direct Client Services operations, managing CSTs for AFSOC SOACS and HQ watch floor.
• Ensure continuous operational readiness and rapid-response communications 24/7/365.
• Evaluate COTS/GOTS technologies and prepare COA recommendations to expand capabilities.
