Job summary

FilterPro USA is seeking a dedicated Filter Changer to join our field team. The role focuses on replacing, cleaning, and maintaining filters across various systems to ensure optimal performance.

This hands-on position requires travel and occasional overnight stays; a company vehicle, gas card, uniforms, and phone are provided. Work is in person with flexible shifts and a 40–60 hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with replacing and maintaining filters is preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools (screwdriver, etc.).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Replace air filters within school systems, industries, and chain stores.
• Clean filters to remove dirt, debris, and contaminants.
• Inspect filters for damage or wear and replace as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of filter changes and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling filters and working on equipment.
