Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring for an HVAC helper role at our Fairfax location. You will assist in installation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and related equipment, help clean ducts, and support overall service delivery.

You’ll work to ensure safety, quality, and punctual customer service while maintaining documentation and professional conduct. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years’ HVAC exposure, with preferred technical training or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC training preferred.
• 0–2 years’ experience in HVAC with technical training preferred.
• Licensing or certification as required by laws for the area.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of HVAC equipment and accessories per requirements.
• Assist in cleaning of ducts and duct fittings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist in delivery and removal of equipment for installation work.
• Ensure company property, vehicles and tools are used and maintained properly.
• Complete paperwork neatly and timely.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically in all business matters.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance of installations and vehicles.
• Perform similar duties as needed and maintain regular attendance.
