The DC Army National Guard seeks an Air Defense Battle Management System Operator to integrate, operate, and maintain radar and command systems that detect aerial threats and coordinate with crews. Training will build proficiency in air defense operations and joint interoperability.

You will learn to operate Sentinel Radar, establish LAN/WAN connectivity, and handle electronic and communications equipment while supporting air defense tactics and procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires Army National Guard enlistment.
• Must be between 17 and 35 years old.
• Must pass a physical exam and meet legal/moral standards.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain the Sentinel Radar system.
• Establish interoperability with allied and joint units.
• Process and relay tactical battlefield information from sensors and battle command systems.
• Provide airspace awareness and deconflict airspace to maintain air superiority.
• Evaluate intelligence and report status in real time.
• Conduct engagement operations to counter threats.
