Job summary

The Architect of the Capitol in Washington, DC is seeking an Air Conditioning Equipment Mechanic to install, repair and modify air conditioning systems and related equipment, ensuring regulated climatic conditions and BASnet integration.

The incumbent will work within the Maintenance Branch, Air Conditioning Section in the Senate Office Buildings, applying technical knowledge to Building Automation System Networks and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Independently installs, repairs and modifies air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Experience with Building Automation System Networks (BASnet) required and must be detailed in the resume.
