Job summary

Uline is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Naples-area facility. This full-time role offers pay from $26 to $32 per hour with growth potential and benefits, including health insurance and a 401(k) with employer matching.

You will work Monday–Friday 10:30 AM–7 PM with overtime opportunities in a fast-paced, air-conditioned warehouse. Responsibilities include picking customer orders, packing for same-day shipping, loading outbound trailers, and unloading shipments from suppliers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 lbs.
• Comfortable on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer order items and package them for same day shipping.
• Load outbound trailers with Uline product for our customers.
• Unload shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
