Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) seeks a Warehouse Agent to load and unload air cargo, prepare shipments, and move freight within the warehouse and during aircraft handling in Humble, TX. You will operate basic cargo equipment and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.

The role requires a HS Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends. This position is covered by a TWU collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo from pallets and containers.
• Move air cargo within designated warehouse.
• Build up cargo for outbound flights.
• Break down cargo from import flights.
• Facilitate loading/unloading to/from semitrucks.
• May operate basic cargo handling equipment.
• Check freight for piece count, weight, dimensions and documents.
• Read off-load sheets to determine destination of cargo.
