Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC seeks a Cabin Cleaning Lead to oversee a team responsible for cleaning aircraft interiors, lavatories, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment to ensure on-time departures and high service standards. This role requires supervising daily operations, enforcing safety procedures, and coordinating with flight crews and ground staff.

You will train agents, monitor work quality, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Unifi policies in a fast-paced

Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of agents in cabin cleaning duties.
  • Carry cleaning equipment and supplies to service the aircraft.
  • Clean seats, floors, tray tables, galleys and dispose of trash in designated dumpsters.
  • Clean aircraft lavatories and empty waste receptacles.
  • Restock magazines, food, beverages, liquor, and other supplies aboard the aircraft.
  • Perform aircraft security inspection.
  • Load supplies onto cabin service truck and return to designated area.
  • Keep cabin services supply room organized and ensure adequate supply of items needed to service aircraft.
  • Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
  • Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
  • Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
  • Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.

Job Summary:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.
Physical requirements:
  • Must be able to constantly lift, move up, push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.
Working conditions:
  • Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
  • Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
